Our strength lies in the collective expertise and passion of our people. Each member of our team brings a unique blend of skills, experiences, and perspectives, contributing to a rich tapestry of knowledge and innovation.
Gary is the firm’s co-founder and serves as Chairperson. Gary has more than 30 years of experience in advising a diverse range of clients on how to maximise their wealth objectives and business opportunities, with a particular focus on risk mitigation and leveraging key strengths.
Gary’s work includes consulting with clients on developing appropriate financial and business structures to optimise tax benefits.
Garry is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI) and holds a Master’s of Science in Accounting. Gary is also a lecturer at ATU Sligo and has also lectured with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
Mariusz is the firm’s co-founder and Head of Innovation, Solutions and Growth Strategies. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s innovation and corporate development functions. With almost 15 years of experience in building and leading consulting and advisory service practices, Mariusz has worked with small, mid-size and large enterprises. He has also worked for global banks and insurance institutions before co-founding Nexiō in 2010.
With over 25 years of client service experience, Mariusz has developed his skills in strategy execution, business process improvement, and information systems strategy. His engagements have focused on aligning technology and information systems with overall business strategy and developing practical solution implementation roadmaps. Mariusz ensures that his clients’ needs are met with precision and efficiency.
Mariusz has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of West London and a Master’s of Science in Business Leadership and Management Practice from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Damian leads our managed services division and provides specialized expertise on a range of financial matters, including accounting, compliance, tax planning, banking and corporate restructuring, as well as statutory compliance.
Over the past 20 years, Damian has built extensive experience working with diverse sectors, including retail, catering, professional services, property, and construction. He advises a broad range of clients, from sole traders to medium and large corporates, with a particular focus on tax efficiency.
Damian is a graduate of Atlantic Technological University (ATU) and is a highly qualified member of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
